Жар-птица (Firebird) — this fabulous bird, a character of Russian fairy tales, is usually the goal of finding of fairy tale main character. In general, the word "жар" in Russian has two basic meanings, which in English correspond to words "heat" and "fever". The word "fire" in the title of the Firebird sounds somewhat simplistic. In this work, I strived to show the fairy-tale image as a gloomy and disturbing hallucination from a bad drug trip.
